Yamaha A- S700 Natural Sound Stereo Amplifier

Preventable and unnecessary Damage during shipping. Lots of packing material on Sides and Top but NOTHING on the Bottom! Damaging the Feet and Denting in the Rear Corner. Fortunately, it still works as described and nothing too serious but such a terrible oversight!! Either due to Negligence or Incompetence?!!
