Multifunction Torch Turbine Lighter Portable Folding Knife + Lighter Wind Proof

Ordered this knife thinking it was legal and seen no information in the add to make me think otherwise. Canada border services seized my order and confiscated this knife calling it a switchblade. Requested a refund since wouldnt be recieving my order. Seller wont take responsibility and so far ebay.ca customer service gas done poor job of helping me. Not happy would not order this knife if u live in bc Canada
