Microsoft Xbox 360 Halo Reach Limited Edition W/ Halleys Journal

I ordered from this seller and the apartments didn’t accept the package and returned to said seller. I’ve reached out to them to see if they could resend it but have yet to receive a response. It says delivered for some reason on eBay, when it never was. Now the seller kept my money and the item was returned to them.
