I tried contacting the seller twice. The first request to hold the doll until the end of the week because I was out of town. The response was a long “auto” response none of which referred to my concern. the doll was shipped Monday. I sent another email telling them they failed to read my message. Absolutely no response. I spen the next hour on FedEx online to get a vacation hold, I would need to put a charge card on record with them. It was sent to Walgreens until the 12th. Lucky to get it 13th
