Stiff from storage but completely functional. Previously issued but in solid shape after cleaning and look good after line drying. A few pin holes to see light through but zero tears or holes big enough to let air out when filling the bags with air to inspect for leaks. Tent repair tape for the few pinholes and for the price this was a very good deal and I felt I got quality waterproof bags with plenty of miles left.
I received the 4 waterproof clothing bags but one of them was missing the drawstrings. Other than that they were received as described.
