Lego (Lot of 25) Friends Mini Figures with Extras

Bought and Paid for on Dec 11th. Supposed to be a Christmas present, supposed to arrive by the 17th. It's now Christmas Eve and still not here! Contacted seller twice since the 11th and just kept saying they didn't know and it was an issue with their distribution . No solution given, just oh well, can't help you, not our problem. Ridiculous!
