Vacuum Head faulty. called and was sent a new one within 4 days. Very good customers service.

said on description, the only damage would be to the box, this is untrue... The clip to lock the battery in place was broken on arrival so the battery is constantly loose, so unable to vertically hoover curtains etc if need as the battery would fall out.
