Product turned up promptly and as advertised. It's just a shame I misread the description and so had made an erroneous purchase. The return was trouble free. I thought I'd bought a box of 15 valves at £99 and instead had bought a single valve at that price. Anyway happy that there were no problems with the return. No real comms so a middle score
