Arrived really dirty. The one item was damaged and no one ever responded to address that. Since it's a charity, moving on BUT not acceptable to NOT respond. In their credit they did use a sturdy box with padding but the item that broke was not properly protected against a heavy item that likely broke the item from Postal mishandling of throwing boxes around.
