The seller will not accept return postage should you find yourself with a problem. This sauna will not work in Europe or UK unless you purchase an expensive transformer. You will also be burdened with import duties for the UK. Furthermore this sauna is not low EMF as stipulated at all, as I found out to my great disappointment by measuring the EMFs with a an EMF gauge.
